Schwertner worked as a General Trades Subcontractor for Prime Contractor (Ryan Companies) @ the Target Sortation Center in King of Prussia, PA. Project was a Fitout of a 333,520 SF Warehouse Space. Scope included Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Excavation/Backfill, Fencing, Misc Steel, Drywall, & Rough/Finish Carpentry. Project was completed on time and within budget.
