PAULSBORO MARINE TERMINAL

Schwertner was a subcontractor to Commerce Construction (the primary contractor) on the Phase 2 Wharf construction project. The project scope includes the construction of 2 deep-water berths totaling 1,500 linear feet of wharf face along the Delaware River and one 500-foot barge berth on Mantua Creek. As the concrete subcontractor on the project, we poured structural topping slabs for the entire project. Schwertner placed over 25,000 cubic yards of concrete (325,000 square feet of finished surface) and installed over 1,300 tons of reinforcing steel.
