Target Spring Garden was a renovation of a portion of a large warehouse and turned it into a small format Target (42,000 SF). Project included new façade front and side including Tower. The Sitework included an underground detention basin, new storm water, sidewalks, paving and restripe of parking lot. Project was completed in 6 months. We have completed 7 flex format stores in the Philadelphia area.
