Walmart

Schwertner built their first ground up Walmart on Aramingo Avenue. From start of foundations to roof complete (weather tight) was just under 11 weeks. Project was completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule. Walmart’s PM stated he had never seen a first time Walmart General Contractor complete a ground up store  ahead of schedule, within budget, and meeting all Walmart’s high quality control requirements. Schwertner’s attention to detail is 2^nd to none.
